Application performance

● TANINAUX818 is a reductive liming additive

● TANINAUX818 can quickly dissolve in any proportion of water, is stable in any concentration of salt water or hard water, and can be fully biodegradable. During liming, the amines and reducing agents in the composition TANINAUX818 are activated by the action of 0H1 in the liming bath, which can accelerate the dissolution of keratin, protein and dirt on the skin surface around the hair root, make the hair root and hair reservoir easier to fall off, and also reduce the amount of sulfide. TAN Chuan NAUX818 can produce a masking effect, and it forms an unstable solution with hydroxide ions (OH I), which weakens and reduces the strong bulging effect on the skin fibers, thereby avoiding excessive expansion of the outer skin layer and reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Because of the above characteristics, it can be used in the liming process to produce a clean and uniform liming effect and obtain a flat skin.

Suggested Usage

● TAN NAUX818 can be directly added to the drum or slotting.

●The dosage of one dice is about 0.8-1.2% of the weight of salt skin.

● TANINAUX818 first transfer the soy sauce for 30 to 60 minutes, then add or subtract lime.
