TANINOIL DB IS A SULFONATED OIL FATLIQUOR.

Physicochemical properties

Application performance

● TANINOIL DB is a general-purpose fatliquor, which can be widely used for fattening various types of chrome tanned leather or vegetable tanned leather. It gives good softness to the leather without affecting its tone.

● TANINOIL DB has good emulsifying properties, it can emulsify 50% of its own amount of raw oil, can quickly penetrate into the inside of the leather heart, and can improve the permeability of other sulfated oils and natural oils in the fatted emulsion mixture.

● For the fatting of suede, TANINOIL DB can make the leather have good abrasive performance, good gloss and short pile head.

● The amount of product to be used depends on the type of leather required and the nature of other fats in the fatliquor, mixed emulsion.

Suggested Usage

● Cowhide Nappa leather: 5-6% TANINOIL DB

● IMPLANTED INSOLE LEATHER: 2-3% TANINOIL DB

　　　　　　　　1-2%TANINOIL BOS

(The above dosage is based on the average tare weight of blue peeling).

Safe storage and transportation

● No harm in contact with skin, please close the lid of the bucket after use, and store in a dry and cool place.
