Application performance

● TANINAUX FS is a multifunctional additive that can be used in wet tanning processes, such as dedusting, blue skin retanning, acid skin pretreatment and skin re-wetting.

● TANINAUX FS is used in the de-ashing process, which can effectively remove calcium salts and open up the ridge line and growth lines, and significantly improve the area and grade of blue skin.

● TANINAUX FS is used to treat the sour skin that has been stored for a long time and has become dry, which can quickly restore the normal state of sour skin, and after chrome tanning, it can obtain uniform, full and high leather yield chrome tanned blue skin.

Suggested Usage

● Ash removal: dosage 1%-1.2%.

● Cemented acid skin: dosage 2%-3%, pH: 3.5, add 5% NaCL for 3 hours

● Blue skin treatment: After normal soft washing, adjust the temperature to 50 degrees, dosage 2%-3%, treatment for 1-3 hours, add 0.8-1% oxalic acid as appropriate, wash with water, and operate according to the normal process.

● Leave the blank treatment for too long: the dosage is 2% 3%, the temperature is adjusted to 50 degrees, the normal liquid ratio, and the effect is 2-3 hours.

Safe storage and transportation
