Application performance

● TANINTAN BN is an alternative synthetic tanning agent that gives fur a very full, soft, foamy feel and a smooth, fine grain.

● TANINTAN BN has good lightfastness and slight bleaching, and can be used for tanning of wet white leather or retanning of light-colored leather.

● TANINTAN BN has a significant softness and foaming feel (especially obvious on soft leather) when used alone for tanning, and can also be used in combination with rubber to change the bad feel of oak gum alone. It can also be used in the production of shrunken leather, which makes the leather plump and soft, and produces a natural and greasy texture on the surface.

Suggested Usage

● It is widely used in the production of sofa leather, shoe upper leather, bag leather, and garment leather, and usually 2-8% of TANINTAN BN is used together with other recovering agents according to the requirements of application performance.

● As the main tanning agent for wet white leather, 20-25% TANINTAN BN is added step by step when producing metal ion-free furniture leather or soft leather, and 5-15% TANINTAN BNI is added step by step with tannin gum when used for vegetable tanning.

Safe storage and transportation

● There may be a small amount of precipitation in the super-concentrate, which will not affect the use effect, store at room temperature, and clear the lid of the barrel after use.
