Application performance

● TANINTAN RU-L is an amphoteric resin retanning agent based on amino resin, which can be used in any process of the retanning process, with excellent chromium resistance and electrolyte resistance, and can be used for all types of leather; ● The product has good filling ability, which can effectively improve the fullness and uniformity of leather, improve the firmness and firmness of the grain, and will not make the skin hard when the dosage is large.

● TANINTAN RU-L does not bleaching on dyeing, especially suitable for the production of products with high dyeing requirements, such as: suede, nubuck leather, benzene dyed leather, etc., the product has excellent light fastness, can be used in the production of light-colored leather.

● The product can be used with plant tannins and synthetic blends to achieve excellent filling effect, so that the leather has excellent drop resistance, especially suitable for the production of nappa leather.

Suggested Usage

● In order to avoid loosening caused by neutralization, 24% TANINTAN RU-L can be added after chrome retanning to enhance chromium absorption and tighten the grain, or 2-4% TANINTAN RU-L can be added with neutralizing tannins during neutralization to increase grain firmness. 3-6% TANINTAN RU-L when filled can improve the fullness and firmness of the leather, as well as the absorption and retention of other retanning agents and dyes.

● In the field of sofa grass, TANINTAN RU-L is mainly used for neutralization (pH 5 or more, 40°C) to obtain very soft and plump leather. After embossing and softening, the resilience of the skin is very good, and the leather body and skin lines are uniform and full. Even the skin of the wet plate can get the same effect.

Safe storage and transportation

● We recommend storing at 5°C-35°C, avoid freezing and overheating, stir well before use, no harm in contact with skin, and close the lid after use.
