Application performance

● TANINTAN RX-L can increase the fixation and binding of chrome compound and has good filling, which can increase the fullness of leather and improve the firmness and fineness of the grain. TANINTAN RX-L can be selectively filled in loose areas of the skin for a firm and elastic retanning effect, and TANINTAN RX-L can be used with vegetable tannins and synthetic tanning agents to achieve excellent filling results, and has excellent softness and drop resistance, especially suitable for the production of sofa leather and nappa leather.

● TANINTAN RX-L has excellent lightfastness and heat-resistant yellowing, and the leather will not have the risk of yellowing, and will not bleaching the dyeing, especially suitable for the production of leather with high dyeing performance requirements, such as suede, nubuck leather and aniline leather.

Suggested Usage

● In order to increase the fullness of the apples and improve the firmness of the grains, it is recommended to use 1-2% TANINTAN RX-L for maceration and 1-2% TANINTAN RX-L for chrome retanning; The use of 1-2% TANINTAN RX-L in a fat-boosting bath can also be used to increase the fullness of the leather and improve the firmness of the grain.

● In order to avoid neutralizing loose dough, you can add 2-4% TANINTAN RX-L after chrome retanning to enhance chromium absorption and tighten the grain, or add 2-4% TANINTAN RX-L together with neutralizing tannins to increase the solidity of the grain. Filling with 3-6% TANINTAN RX-L can improve the fullness and firmness of the leather, as well as the absorption and retention of other retanning agents and dyes.

● In the field of sofa leather, TANINTAN RX-L is mainly used for neutralization (pH 5 or more, 40C) to obtain very soft and plump leather. After embossing and softening, the resilience of the skin is very good, and the leather body and skin lines are uniform and full. Even the skin of the wet plate can get the same effect.
