TANINOIL MZG IS A SYNTHETIC ANIONIC FATLIQUOR.

Application performance

● The use of TANINOIL MZG in the acid and chromium mixture can improve the lubricity of leather fibers, effectively improve the tear tensile force of leather, promote the absorption of chromium, make the blue skin lighter in color, and the grain is clearer, and because it can emulsify and balance the natural oil in the skin, making the wet blue skin more resistant to storage and easy to re-wet.

● TANINOIL MZG has excellent light stability, can be widely used in white leather (such as baseball leather and white shoe leather), can be used with other oils or alone, will not produce yellowing.

● TANINOIL MZG in the main fatliquor: used together with other fats, it can play the role of dispersing and emulsifying other oils, so that the compatibility of oils and fats is more reasonable.

Suggested Usage

When the pickling is completed, one hour before the completion of the pickling, add 0.5-1% TAN NOIL MZG.

● 2. When chrome tanning, 0.5-1% TANINOIL MZG is added together with chrome powder.

● 3. When retanning, 0.5-1% TANINOIL MZG is used with chrome powder.

Safe storage and transportation

● No harm in contact with the skin, please close the lid of the barrel after use, store in a dry and cool place, and it may be difficult to take it out when the temperature is lower than 15°C.
