TANINOIL BQ IS A SYNTHETIC FATLIQUORER WITH VERY GOOD PROPERTIES.

Physicochemical properties

● Appearance: Beige viscous liquid-paste

● Composition: fatty acid derivatives and additives

● pH value (10% aqueous solution): 7.5±1.0

● Content: 49.0±1.0%.

● Charge: Anion

● Acid stability: good

● Stability of Ming salt: good

● Light and heat resistance: very good

Application performance

● TANINOIL BO can give leather good softness, excellent fullness and natural surface feel, light weight, is an ideal fatlift agent for the production of various sofa leather, furniture leather, clothing leather and shoe upper leather.

● TANINOIL BQ has excellent dispersibility and permeability, which can help the penetration and absorption of other anionic oils, and is used in furniture leather, with excellent compression resistance, and uniform skin lines after falling soft.

● TANINOIL BQ has very good electrolyte resistance and stability, and its application range is relatively wide, which can be used alone or with other anionic fatliquors.

● TANINOIL BQ has excellent lightfastness and can be used as a fatlift for white or light-colored skin.

● TANINOIL BQ is firmly bonded to leather and will not migrate during the drying process.

Suggested Usage

● Upper NAPPA: 3.0-6.0% with other normal program greases.

● Furniture leather: 5.0-12.0% with other normal process grease.

● Garment leather: 4.0-10.0% with other normal process grease.

(The above dosage is based on shaving even tare weight).

Safe storage and transportation

● There is no harm in contact with the skin, please close the lid of the barrel after use, store it in a dry and cool place, and it will be difficult to take it out when the temperature is lower than 15 °C.
