Softest high-performance fatliquor

TANINOIL HQ is a high-performance lecithin-based fatliquor, which imparts a very soft and creamy feel to leather.

Application performance

● TANINOIL HQ is especially suitable for various types of soft leather, especially furniture leather, which gives the leather excellent softness and fine grain, as well as excellent cotton and silky touch.

● TANINOIL HQ is based on natural substances, which meets the requirements of environmental protection, and will not produce odor after special treatment. It also has good compatibility with other types of anionic fatliquors, and can be used alone or in combination with other indexing agents in fatliquors to obtain the best softness and moist feel.

Suggested Usage

● When stirring, emulsify TANINOIL HO with 5 times or more of 40-60C hot water, and mix it with other fatliquors

●Suggested use: Boot Napa Leather: 1.0-2.0% TANINOIL HQ alone or with grease

● Garment leather: 2.0-4,0% TANINOIL HQ alone or in combination with other oils

● Furniture leather: 3.0-5.0% TANINOIL HO alone or in combination with other oils and fats (the above dosage is based on shaving and tare weight).

Safe storage and transportation

● No harm in contact with the skin, please cover the lid of the bucket after use, store in a dry and cool place, it is recommended to stir fully before each use, and it will be difficult to take out when the temperature is lower than 15°C.
