Lecithin and synthetic oils

TANINOIL LQ is a lecithin grease for soft leather that gives leather a soft, warm feel.

Physicochemical properties

● Appearance: yellow or light brown viscous liquid

● Composition: Lecithin and synthetic oil

● pH value (10% aqueous solution): 7.0±1.0

● Content: 50.0±1.0%.

● Charge: Anion

● Stability: Limited stability to chromium, aluminum salts, acids and neutral salts

● Lightfastness: Medium

● Heat resistance: Medium

Application performance

● TANINOIL LQ imparts a plump, soft, and smooth character to the leather, while obtaining a finely grained silk-like feel.

● TANINOIL LQ has good oil dispersion because it contains special synthetic oils, and after special treatment, it no longer has the traditional lecithin odor, nor does it increase the weight of the skin, and can be combined with other fatliquors to achieve the softness and fullness required by the leather.

Suggested Usage

● Boot Napa Leather: 8.0-12.0% TANINOIL LQ with other normal process oils.

● Garment leather: 5.0-12.0% TANINOIL LQ with other normal process greases.

● Furniture leather: 10.0-12.0% TANINOIL LQ is used with other normal process greases.

(The above dosages are based on evenly shaving the tare weight).

Safe storage and transportation

● No harm in contact with the skin, please close the lid of the bucket after use, store in a dry and cool place, and it will be difficult to take out when the temperature is lower than 15°C.
