Natural phospholipids with special additives

TANINOIL BH is a lecithin grease specially used in soft leather that gives leather a very soft and natural feel.

Physicochemical properties

● Appearance: yellow to light brown viscous liquid

● Composition: Lecithin and synthetic softener

● pH value (10% aqueous solution): 7.5±1.0

● Content: 50.0±2.0%.

● Charge: Anion

● Chromium salt stability: limited stability to chromium and aluminum salts

● Lightfastness: Good

Application performance

● TANINOIL BH gives the leather an extremely soft, full-bodied and natural feel with a fine grain, with an excellent silky feel without adding weight to the skin, and can be used in combination with other anionic fatliquors in the main fatliquor.

● TAN NOIL BH has good oil dispersion and will not produce odor after special treatment, and can be combined with other fatliquors to achieve the required softness and plump feel.

Suggested Usage

● Boot nappa shoe leather: 6.0-8.0% TANINOIL BH with other normal process greases

● Garment leather: 5.0-12.0% TANINOIL BH with other normal process oils

● Furniture leather: 10.0-12.0% TANINOIL BH is used with other normal process greases

(The above dosage is based on shaving even tare weight).

Safe storage and transportation

● No harm in contact with the skin, please close the lid of the bucket after use, store in a dry and cool place, and it will be difficult to take out when the temperature is lower than 15°C.
