Physicochemical properties

● Main ingredients: lipid-proof acid derivatives and additives

● Appearance: viscous liquid or paste

● Content: 50.0±2.0%.

● pH value (10% aqueous solution): 7.5±1.0

Application performance

● TANINOIL BU is a fatliquor-based fatty acid derivative that gives the fur excellent softness and a crisp grain, as well as a pleasant grain feel, resulting in a light, soft finish.

● TANINOIL BU has excellent dispersion and permeability, and is used in furniture leather, with excellent compression resistance, and uniform skin lines after falling soft.

● TANINOIL BU has very good electrolyte resistance and stability, and its application range is relatively wide, which can be used alone or with other anionic fatliquors.

● TANINOIL BU has excellent lightfastness and can be used as a fatlift for white or light-colored skin.

● TANINOIL BU bonds firmly with grass and does not migrate during vacuum and drying.

Suggested Usage

● Upper NAPPA: 3.0-6.0% with other normal program greases

● Furniture leather: 5.0-12.0% with other normal process grease

● Garment leather: 4.0-10.0% with other normal process grease

(The above dosage is based on a shaving car).

Safe storage and transportation

● We recommend storing at 5°C-35°C to avoid freezing and overheating, stirring well before use, and closing the lid after use.
