Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulation and implementation of regional sales plan: according to the analysis of the needs of each target customer group in the region and the company's annual sales plan, decompose and formulate specific sales targets for sales personnel in the region; Organize subordinates to implement sales policies and strategies, guide subordinates' sales business skills, inspect and supervise the completion of sales plans, and correct deviations in time to ensure the realization of market share and sales targets in the region.

2. Sales collection: guide subordinates to collect information, evaluate customer credit and the importance of the company, approve customer credit quota, and track the use of credit at any time to ensure that it is within the normal range; Analyze the feedback information of subordinates on a monthly basis, guide subordinates to improve their payment collection skills, and ensure the smooth recovery of payments;

3. Sales expense control: according to the company's sales expense management regulations and the cost budget indicators of the sales department, organize subordinates to complete sales tasks in strict accordance with the cost budget indicators, review sales discounts, review, control and continuously reduce sales expenses, and ensure the completion of the company's sales cost control indicators;

4. Market development: according to the company's business development strategy and the business objectives of the sales department, cooperate with the marketing department to organize the implementation of the regional market development plan and specific implementation plan to promote the promotion of the company and product brand; Understand the dynamics of customer needs, guide subordinates to tap potential customers, and track customer development; to achieve the purpose of growing the company's market share;

5. Customer relationship management: according to the needs of the company's business development, establish smooth customer communication channels by organizing and arranging customers in the area under its jurisdiction to visit the company, visit and exchange; Responsible for visiting important customers in the region, supervising and inspecting the regular visits of sales engineers to customers, and understanding customer requirements at any time; Handle customer objections and complaints in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction and establish long-term, good and stable regional customer relationships;

6. After-sales service: According to the company's after-sales service regulations and product characteristics, through communication with customer service, technology and other relevant departments, assist in organizing and coordinating the arrival, technical support, after-sales maintenance and other work in the area under its jurisdiction, and jointly achieve the after-sales service goal;

7. Sales information management: according to the company's business development needs and regional market characteristics, organize subordinates to collect information such as product market changes in the region and key competitors' sales strategies and market strategies, and analyze, predict and formulate countermeasures for market information, and provide suggestions to relevant departments in a timely manner; Comprehensive analysis of customer files, transaction records, etc.; Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of sales information, and provide support for the decision-making of sales, procurement, production, etc.;

8. Sales team building: According to the company's long-term development needs and rules and regulations, organize the recruitment, training, task assignment and business guidance of subordinate employees, formulate subordinate assessment objectives and regularly communicate performance evaluation results, put forward improvement suggestions, help subordinate employees improve work performance, enhance team cohesion and cooperation spirit, so as to establish an efficient sales team and support the achievement of sales goals.
