Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering, chemistry and other related majors, more than 2 years of R&D experience in related majors.

2. Experience in R&D of water-based coatings, cosmetics, surfactants, leather chemicals, resin synthesis, oil modification, textile coatings, paper coatings, etc. is preferred.

3. CET-4 or above, able to read professional and technical English materials of the industry.

4. Have innovation ability, communication and coordination ability, and good teamwork ability.

5. Work conscientiously, responsibly, and have the spirit of study.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect information on new products, new materials and new technologies in the industry at home and abroad, and conduct analysis and research.

2. Responsible for the formula research and development of new products such as water-based polyurethane, water-soluble acrylic polymer, synthetic tannins, acrylic retanning agent, fatliquor, water-based acrylic resin, etc., and the improvement of a certain product performance in the process of large-scale production.

3. Carry out R&D activities according to the product R&D plan.

4. In the process of research and development, record various work elements in a timely manner and compile complete product documents.

5. Guide and solve the process problems found in the production process of new products.

6. Responsible for the daily use, maintenance and maintenance of instruments and equipment to ensure the normal use of instruments and equipment.

7. Carry out foreign technical exchanges according to the needs of the work.
